CLEANING DEPOSIT - For each Mascot/Costume rental- we will collect a Cleaning Deposit of $100. This can be in the form of cash or check made to Coba's Creations, LLC. Your deposit will be returned upon inspection when your Costume is returned up at the end of your rental period. .
DAMAGE TO MASCOT/COSTUME
IF LIABILITY INSURANCE IS PURCHASED DURING YOUR BOOKING PROCESS – The equipment must be free from tears, slices and holes other than noted by Coba's Creations, LLC upon pick up. When liability insurance is purchased with the rental, the insurance covers up to $500.00 in damages. Damages in excess of $500.00 will be documented in detailed fashion with photos/reports and handled separately.
IF LIABILITY INSURANCE IS NOT PURCHASED DURING YOUR BOOKING PROCESS - the client remains responsible for all damages to the equipment. Damages will be documented in detailed fashion with photos/reports and damages under $500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. Damages in excess of $500.00 will be handled separately.
ONE DAY MASCOT RENTAL-This will require that you pick it up and you drop it back off after your rental.
Please do not allow any smoking around the mascot costumes. If an accident does happen, please do not try to clean the mascot suit by yourself. Feel free to give us a call and we will discuss if anything needs to be done prior to your drop off.
Please ensure that all foods will be provided to your guests before or after our mascot costume is used. Please protect it from any foods.
This rental is for the Costume only. If you want an actor for your party- please view the option of Actor Entertainment. We also offer that service.

For every Bounce House rental and Costume Rental, we will collect a Damage Deposit of $100 per unit and $50 per concession, on the day you pick up the Unit. This can be in the form of cash or Check made to Coba's Creations. You will get your deposit back upon return of a clean- no mud, no pop, no beer, no face paint, no silly string, no candy and balloons and trash in the unit or yard Debris, and no tears or holes in the unit. We expect it to be returned clean and on time. We will keep the deposit if this is not honored.
If an accident happens- please do not try to wash the suits. We will do the hard cleaning. A baby wipe can get off most accidents quickly. We ask that you do not have food around our costumes please. Please Enjoy the costume and then serve food afterwards.
