What are your business hours?

We’re open Tuesday–Sunday from 9 AM to 7 PM. We are closed on Mondays.

How do I make a booking reservation?

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but transferable within a 12-month period. Deposits secure your spot in our schedule and allow us to book performers, delivery teams, and equipment in advance.

What is your payment policy?

Full payment is required 2 days prior to your event. This ensures our delivery teams and performers can finalize their schedules. We recommend booking early, as popular weekends fill up fast.

How do deliveries work?

Delivery includes drop-off, setup, and pickup—we do all the work, you have all the fun! We do our best to honor your requested time frame, but delivery windows may vary depending on scheduling. Thank you for your patience and flexibility.

Do you collect a cleaning deposit?

Yes. A refundable cleaning deposit of $150 per bounce house unit and $100 per concession or costume is collected upon delivery. Deposits must be paid by cash or check. Units must be returned clean—no mud, food, drinks, face paint, silly string, or debris. Please do not deflate the bounce house before pickup (unless it’s raining). Deposits may be forfeited if this policy is not followed.

What if the equipment is damaged?

If liability insurance was purchased: Insurance covers up to $500 in damages. Anything above that will be documented with photos/reports and handled separately.

If liability insurance was not purchased: The client is responsible for all damages. Damages under $500 will be charged to the credit card on file, and cleaning deposits may be applied toward damages. Damages over $500 will be documented and billed separately.

What is your weather policy?

Coba’s Creations cannot guarantee weather conditions. If severe weather (wind, rain, snow, lightning, or hail) is expected, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule prior to delivery. Once equipment is delivered, the rental is considered fulfilled. If bad weather is forecasted, customers may reschedule prior to delivery within one year of the original date.

What if I need to cancel?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. As long as you notify us 24+ hours in advance, you will have one year to reschedule your booking.

What is your high wind policy?

We do not rent bounce houses if sustained winds or gusts exceed 15 mph. Safety is our top priority, and high winds can cause inflatables to lift—even with people inside. If winds exceed safety limits, we will not deliver or may need to deflate the unit during your event.
