Adult use only, must clean before return. Do not add butter or other liquid flavoring in main unit popcorn bin. Remove popcorn from the unit and then sprinkle on popcorn. You provide your own kernels, bags and oil. You can get the supplies at any grocery store with the popcorn supplies. CLEANING DEPOSIT - For each Bounce House rental- we will collect a Cleaning Deposit of $150 per unit and $100 per concession upon delivery. This can be in the form of cash or check made to Coba's Creations, LLC. Your deposit will be returned upon inspection when your unit is picked up at the end of your rental period. Please DO NOT DEFLATE the bounce house before we arrive (unless raining). The unit must be clean - no mud, no pop, no beer or any beverages, no food, no face paint, no silly string,, no candy! No balloons, yard debris or trash in the unit. We expect the Bounce House/Obstacle Courses/Slides, to be returned clean! Cleaning deposits will be forfeited if this is policy not honored.
DAMAGE TO INFLATABLES
IF LIABILITY INSURANCE IS PURCHASED DURING YOUR BOOKING PROCESS – The equipment must be free from tears, slices and holes other than noted by Coba's Creations, LLC upon pick up. When liability insurance is purchased with the rental, the insurance covers up to $500.00 in damages. Damages in excess of $500.00 will be documented in detailed fashion with photos/reports and handled separately.
IF LIABILITY INSURANCE IS NOT PURCHASED DURING YOUR BOOKING PROCESS - the client remains responsible for all damages to the equipment. Damages will be documented in detailed fashion with photos/reports and damages under $500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. Damages in excess of $500.00 will be handled separately.

Supervise children at all times
Follow rules on the side of inflatable- feet first, no flips…
Pick up and drop off on time
Return it in the same condition you got it (if you rented it wet, it doesn’t have to be dry, just clean)
Bring your deposit payment at pick up
Check and make sure the area you will use the inflatable on is clean
Read the contract before you electronically sign it
If you are using somewhere other than your home, check with the location and ask if they need an additional insured certificate. We can do that but we usually need two days to request it.
Bring help to load and unload your inflatable at pick up and drop off, sometimes we have help but not always
Properly anchor the inflatable. We provide stakes for grass and sandbags for hard surfaces.

Leave children unattended
Get Cheap or Oil based Face Paint (Professional Face Painters Only), Silly String, Wet Tissue Paper, Sand or Glitter on or in the inflatable
Use the inflatable in the rain or high wind
Be late to drop off ($1 a minute late fee), this will not give us time to clean and disinfect for next user
Allow children in the inflatable with footwear or sharp objects
Bring food and drinks in to the inflatable
Allow pets in or on the inflatable
Leave before getting your deposit back. We may need your help putting it up, and away after we clean it. That is part of the contract and how we can keep our prices so affordable.
