Please note: These chairs are event‑grade, not “wedding‑grade.” While they are clean and well‑maintained, they are best suited for casual and outdoor events. For formal weddings or upscale décor, chair covers may be used to achieve a more elegant look.

Cleaning & Damage Deposit (Tables, Chairs & Equipment)
A cleaning and damage deposit is now held by card on file instead of cash or check. By completing your rental, you authorize Coba’s Creations, LLC to place a hold and, if necessary, charge your card for cleaning or damage after the rental period.
This covers:

Excessive dirt, mud, food, or drink spills

Paint, glitter, tape, or decorations left on items

Broken, bent, or damaged chairs or tables

Missing items

Items left outside in rain or mud
Your card will only be charged if cleaning or damage is found during pickup. A full inspection report with photos will be provided before any charge is processed.
